Chili Lime Shrimp

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 c. lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 c. freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, garlic, chili powder, chili flakes, cumin, and salt. Add shrimp to marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and stir in cilantro. Season to taste with salt and serve immediately with lime wedges.
