Broccoli & Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 White/Yellow onion
- Several sausages
- 1 - 2 Tbps minced garlic
- 4 - 6 Cups of broccoli
- 1 - 1½ Cups of garlic Better than Bouillon
Directions
- Slice and sear the sausage until crispy. Transfer to plate when done.
- Dice the onion and garlic and cut and add to the pan.
- Cut the broccoli to bite sized pieces and add to the pan, and sauté until onions turn translucent and start to caramelize.
- Add back in the sausage and the broth/bouillon and bring to a simmer.
- Let the the broth reduce down stirring occasionally.
- Serve
