Broccoli & Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 White/Yellow onion
  • Several sausages
  • 1 - 2 Tbps minced garlic
  • 4 - 6 Cups of broccoli
  • 1 - 1½ Cups of garlic Better than Bouillon

Directions

  1. Slice and sear the sausage until crispy. Transfer to plate when done.
  2. Dice the onion and garlic and cut and add to the pan.
  3. Cut the broccoli to bite sized pieces and add to the pan, and sauté until onions turn translucent and start to caramelize.
  4. Add back in the sausage and the broth/bouillon and bring to a simmer.
  5. Let the the broth reduce down stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve
