2 ounces gin 1 ounce Cynar 1 ounce grapefruit juice ¼ ounce agave or simple syrup 3 large fresh mint leaves, smacked Dash Angostura bitters Ice cubes In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Cynar, grapefruit juice, agave, 2 mint leaves, and the bitters. Shake with ice cubes. Strain into a rocks glass. Float the remaining mint leaf.
