Garlic Chili Oil

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) oil
- 5 garlic cloves - finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chilli flakes
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients (except oil) into a clean jar.
- Heat up the oil to 160°C / 320°F
- Pour the hot oil into the jar with spices.
- Stir immediately
- Once cooled, keep it in the fridge.

- Drizzle over dumplings, fried eggs, noodles, rice, smashed cucumbers, tofu, pizza, salad
